These chainrings are the latest and greatest designed now including shift ramps and pins for crisper shifting.

The OSYMETRIC chainrings are designed to eliminate the deadspot in a rider’s pedal stroke.

By increasing the size of the gear when you can push the hardest and by decreasing it to get through top and bottom dead center quickly.

And since the force on the pedal is constantly proportional to the muscular force of the rider. This allows the rider to go harder, longer and faster!

The chainring’s varying diameter alters the effective gear ratio throughout the pedal stroke, producing a higher gear on the downstroke when the rider has more power, and reducing the gear on the upstroke. The ovalisation factor is extreme, a standard 52T ring equates to pushing a 55T on the downstroke and a mere 49T at the ‘deadspot’ this translates to a 5 to 10% increase in power output which corresponds to a 3% increase in speed!
